while trying to access any web application other than the central administrator page.This problem rise up suddenly on a day when I tried opening it.No password change have been made on the server side,also I have verified all the application pool are in the started state only.I have checked by creatinga new webapplication still the same issue occurs.I have also tried by changing the identity of the specific web application from IIS,but it does'nt works.I was not able to set the user name and password for identity over the advanced settings of SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPoolService in the application pool as it is saying 'invalid credentials'.Please help me to solve this issue.SharePoint is installed on SQLServer 2008R2. When I checked the Event viewer I'm getting two warnings and two errors.Two errors saying `

Getting http error 500 access denied from web api

Background: I am working on a product which is built using AngularJS in the front-end, and Microsoft Web Api in the back-end. The website is hosted on a Windows Server 2012 machine running IIS. We are using Windows authentication to connect to the machine.
The problem: Calling various API methods work flawlessly for me and the majority of users. But for some of the users, they cant perform certain API calls. Most of the endpoints work and return valid data, but a few methods never even gets reached.
This is the error in the iislog: 2016-05-26 12:25:23 xx.xx.xxx.xx POST /api/controller/method - 80 domain\user xx.xx.x.xx Mozilla/5.0+(compatible;+MSIE+10.0;+Windows+NT+6.1;+WOW64;+Trident/6.0) http://xxxxxx.com/#/Pagename 500 0 0 514
In the console in google chrome it says: Error: Access denied.
I have set the api to log all exceptions to a database, and no error is shown. So my theory is that the api doesnt even get reached when trying to perform these specific http methods.
I have tried searching for answers, but without any luck. Does anyone have any idea?
I finally found a solution to my problem, the exception being thrown was a DbEntityValidationException. It was thrown because some of the users names were too long to be inserted into the database table. It was not catched and properly displayed by my own general exception handling. I had to follow this guide to get the proper exception logged:

Thanks for all the help and I hope this might help someone else in the future.

Having issues getting WordPress running under GAE + Cloud SQL

I tried to set up WordPress under Google App Engine earlier tonight (following the instructions here: https://developers.google.com/appengine/articles/wordpress).
It runs fine locally, but when I push to remote I get a database error (visible at https://wp-dot-frontiermediag.appspot.com/). If we throw on a /wp_admin/install.php you get:
This either means that the username and password information in your
wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server
at :/cloudsql/frontiermediag:fmwp. This could mean your host's database
server is down.
Here's the relevant code in wp-config:
/** MySQL hostname */
if(isset($_SERVER['SERVER_SOFTWARE']) && strpos($_SERVER['SERVER_SOFTWARE'],'Google App Engine') !== false) {
define('DB_HOST', ':/cloudsql/frontiermediag:fmwp');
}else{
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
}
frontiermediag:fmwp is showing "Status Runnable" in Developers Console > Cloud SQL.
I did this once before and it worked so I'm not sure what I'm missing here. I thought it might have been because I'm using WP 3.8.1. but rolled back to 3.5.1 and same thing's happening.
Any ideas? frontiermediag is listed as an authorized application on the :fmwp ACL.
This situation happened to me earlier.However, I edited my Cloud SQL instance , and set "Preferred Location" as "Follow App Engine App" from Google Developers Console. This database connection problem was solved in my case.
I tried the instructions with wordpress 3.5.1 and the instructions seem to work for me. The code snippet you have above seems right and I am not sure what could be wrong without looking at rest of your code. Can you try the instructions from the beginning one more time with 3.5.1?
I had this issue, because "Follow App Engine App" doesn't seem to be an option for second generation instances in my case, and so the instance connection name includes the region setting.
Look at the instance details, and under properties, find "Instance connection name". That is the text that should follow :cloudsql/.

Windows Live ID Error 1017

I have a web application that has been up and running for quite some time now using the Windows Live ID delegated authentication. It's been in production for a couple of months, and all of a sudden this morning, it failed with the following error:
There's a problem with the site you are trying to share your information with. Please try again later.
The url of the error page is
https://consent.live.com/pp700/Error.aspx?mkt=en-US&ErrorCode=1017
We require users consent to be able to see what e-mail address they used to log in. Has anybody run into this before? If so, what did you do to resolve it?
Thanks very much!
Still not sure what the error actually means, but the following forum posts give some more details. Basic problem: Microsoft changed the API and didn't tell anyone, Contact.View should be ContactsSync.FullSync when using the contacts API.

Problem facing to run ruport from other machine

I am using SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services and set mode remotely. All is going fine and reports running on my machine. I am not using report viewer control, but switch to browser.
Problem is that when I access the report from any other system in browser by providing required url. I m getting the following premission error:

resources. Error message: 401.3 : You

I have go through all step of this article "http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms365170.aspx" and set remotly premession but after all changes no success and getting same error.
Please some one can tell me or provide step list, that how can I set the premession? that the report can run from other machine. Quick and detail response will
This link should give you some more steps to follow to set up the permissions as this sounds like a permissions error.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa337491.aspx
Also .... does it prompt for a username and password when you visit the site from another machine? if not you may need to add the required authentication methods into IIS (just an idea)
Then create a local (or domain) account for people to use to browse reports and use the properties tab on the report server home page to add them as 'Browser' type members.
When you visit the reports site from another PC it should prompt for sign in details (may not on a domain - not sure), if it errors before showing the home page then it is a security config issue, once you get in you may have a bit more tinkering to do to get the reports to run, but you tend to get slightly more verbose descriptions then so its not too hard to figure out and it normally database security permissions related.
Best of luck.
