How to select item in dx-treeview use AngularJS - angularjs

I trying Select item in dx-tree-view, my treeview config:
$scope.treeViewOptions = {
bindingOptions: {
dataSource: 'localArray',
searchValue: "searchValue",
},
keyExpr: 'id',
displayExpr: 'caption',
parentIdExpr: 'parentId',
dataStructure: 'plain',
selectedExpr: 'isSelected',
onItemClick: function (e) {...
I added selectExpr:'isSelected' option, and trying select my item use it:
$scope.localArray[0].isSelected = true;
$scope.localArray = $scope.localArray;
but it don't works, may be somebody have ideas how i can do it ?
Thanks for Your answers!

In DevExtreme v.15.2 tree view selection works only with the showCheckBoxesMode: 'normal' option.
$scope.treeViewOptions = {
// tree view config...
showCheckBoxesMode: 'normal'
};
The sample is here.
But, if you want to apply a custom style to the item with the isSelected field, you can do it manually. Just use the onItemRendered event and check if item is selected:
onItemRendered: function(args){
if(args.itemData.isSelected) {
args.itemElement.css("color", "green");
}
}
Sample.

Fluent UI DetailsList - Is there a way to add filters to each column

I am using Fluent UI DetailsList. My table looks like below:
I need filters below every column (text or drop-down) as shown below:
Please let me know if this is possible? Or maybe a way to display custom header (using html) ?
This actually turned out to be easier than I thought it'd be...
If you're ok with clicking the column header to reveal the choices (vs having the dropdown directly under the title) then this can be achieved using the ContextualMenu component in conjunction with DetailsList. I got it working by tweaking from the variable row height example in the official docs: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/controls/web/detailslist/variablerowheights.
Add a ContextualMenu underneath your DetailsList:
<DetailsList
items={items}
columns={columns}
/>
{this.state.contextualMenuProps && <ContextualMenu {...this.state.contextualMenuProps} />}
Inside your column definition, set the hasDropdown action so the user gets a UI indicator that they can/should click the header, and call a contextMenu method (note I'm using onColumnContextMenu as well as onColumnClick so it doesn't matter if they left or right click the header:
{
key: 'dept',
name: 'Department',
fieldName: 'dept',
minWidth: 125,
maxWidth: 200,
onColumnContextMenu: (column, ev) => {
this.onColumnContextMenu(column, ev);
},
onColumnClick: (ev, column) => {
this.onColumnContextMenu(column, ev);
},
columnActionsMode: ColumnActionsMode.hasDropdown,
}
When the onColumnContextMenu method gets invoked, we need to build the context menu properties that will get consumed by the ContextualMenu component. Note the dismissal method as well, which clears out the state so the menu is hidden.
private onContextualMenuDismissed = (): void => {
this.setState({
contextualMenuProps: undefined,
});
}
private onColumnContextMenu = (column: IColumn, ev: React.MouseEvent<HTMLElement>): void => {
if (column.columnActionsMode !== ColumnActionsMode.disabled) {
this.setState({
contextualMenuProps: this.getContextualMenuProps(ev, column),
});
}
};
Finally, inside of getContextualMenuProps you need to determine what the options should be for the user to click. In this example, I'm simply giving sort options (you'll need to add an onClick handler to actually do something when the user clicks the item), but I'll use the column to determine what those items should actually be and paint the filters into the items collection so the user can select one to filter.
private getContextualMenuProps = (ev: React.MouseEvent<HTMLElement>, column: IColumn): IContextualMenuProps => {
const items: IContextualMenuItem[] = [
{
key: 'aToZ',
name: 'A to Z',
iconProps: { iconName: 'SortUp' },
canCheck: true,
checked: column.isSorted && !column.isSortedDescending,
},
{
key: 'zToA',
name: 'Z to A',
iconProps: { iconName: 'SortDown' },
canCheck: true,
checked: column.isSorted && column.isSortedDescending,
}
];
return {
items: items,
target: ev.currentTarget as HTMLElement,
directionalHint: DirectionalHint.bottomLeftEdge,
gapSpace: 10,
isBeakVisible: true,
onDismiss: this.onContextualMenuDismissed,
}
}
Note the target on the ContextualMenuProps object, which is what tells the ContextualMenu where to lock itself onto (in this case, the column header that you clicked to instantiate the menu.
Detail list filter for each column without context menu -

For instance - Providing filter in text field associated with each column will apply filter on color column.

set groupable option dynamically in KendoUI grid with angular doesn't work

I want to create a toggle button thats add/remove groupable option in my KENDO grid. In initialize i have not property 'groupable'.
{
type: "button",
togglable: true,
id: "groupableToggle",
toggle: function (e) {
var grid = $("#grid" + config.id).data("kendoGrid");
if (e.checked) {
grid.options.groupable = {
messages: {
empty: "drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column"
}
};
}
else
grid.options.groupable = false
grid._thead();
grid.refresh();
}
}
but this is not work!
OK!! I FOUND IT!
if (e.checked) {
grid.setOptions({
groupable: true,
messages: {
empty: "drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column"
}
});
}
else {
grid.setOptions({
groupable: false
});
}
grid._thead();
grid.refresh();
and now plays
The groupable setting cannot be changed on the fly without recreating the Grid. Use the setOptions method of the Grid, or k-rebind to achieve that.

Sencha Touch 2.3: Remove validations from hidden form fields

I am doing form validations in Sencha Touch 2.3. My model looks like following.
Ext.define('net.omobio.dialog.dialogcc.model.StockTransferDetails', {
extend: 'Ext.data.Model',
config: {
fields: ['to_msisdn','to_profile_id','transfer_lob','transfer_item_status','transfer_product','transfer_qty','transfer_req_type','transfer_item_type','transfer_pack_type'],
validations: [
{ type: 'presence', field: 'to_msisdn' },
{ type: 'presence', field: 'to_profile_id' },
{ type: 'exclusion', field: 'transfer_lob', list: ['null'] },
{ type: 'exclusion', field: 'transfer_req_type', list: ['null'] },
{ type: 'exclusion', field: 'transfer_item_type', list: ['null'] },
{ type: 'exclusion', field: 'transfer_pack_type', list: ['null'] }
]
}
});
Following is a code segment that I use in my controller to remove validations from hidden form fields but no luck.
var form1 = me.getStockTransferRequestPage();
var model = Ext.create("net.omobio.dialog.dialogcc.model.StockTransferDetails", form1.getValues());
// validate form fields
var errors = model.validate();
if (!errors.isValid()) {
// loop through validation errors and generate a message to the user
errors.each(function (errorObj){
//errorString += errorObj.getField() + " " + errorObj.getMessage();
console.log('7777777777777777777 '+errorObj.getField());
if (!Ext.getCmp(errorObj.getField().toString()).isHidden()) {
var s = Ext.String.format('field[name={0}]',errorObj.getField());
form1.down(s).addCls('invalidField');
}
});
Ext.Msg.alert('','stock_transfer.errors.required_fields_empty');
}
I would be much appreciated if anyone could help me to solve this.
Thank you
so there are multiple ways to achieve this, my preference even though some folks won't like it, but it will always work.
I did the following override to solve this problem, tried my best not to affect the normal flow of validation.the first two overrides have to be added somewhere to your overrides folder, you only have to add them once for the whole app.
Ext.Define('Ext.form.field.BaseOverride', {
override: 'Ext.form.field,Base',
/* traverse up and look for a hidden Parent/Ancestor */
isParentHidden: function () {
return this.up('[hidden=true]');
}
/* override isValid basic method to consider skipValidateWhenHidden property, when skipValidateWhenHidden is set to true code should check if the elementor it's Parent/Ancestors is hidden */
isValid: function () {
var me = this,
disabled = me.disabled,
isHidden = me.isHidden(),
skipValidateWhenHidden = !!me.skipValidateWhenHidden,
validate = me.forceValidation || !disabled,
isValid = validate ? me.validateValue(me.processRawValue(me.getRawValue())) : disabled;
if (isValid || !skipValidateWhenHidden) {
return isValid;
}
if (skipValidateWhenHidden) {
isHidden = isHidden ? true : me.isParentHidden();
if (isHidden) {
return skipValidateWhenHidden;
}
}
return isValid;
}
});
and eventually you'll be able to do the following, which is set the property to true on any field so if its not visible for the user, it will survive validation
{
itemId: 'City',
cls: 'AddressCity',
xtype: 'textfield',
emptyText: emptyCityText,
skipValidateWhenHidden: true,
},
another approach is to add a show()/Hide() listener on the fields container to enable/disable the children, disabling the fields would make them skip validation, but i'm not a big fan of managing button states and wiring listeners.
Note
Ext.getCmp() takes component id
errorObj.getField().toString() returns model field name, It won't
return id of the component (hidden) field.
So if model field name matches with hidden field id, It will work. Otherwise it won't work.

Add filter condition to Dojo ComboBox

I have a dijit/form/ComboBox control that has a JsonStore as a object store.
// Prepare the datasource for combobox
settings.JsonStore = new JsonRestStore({ target: settings.dataUrl });
settings.ObjectStore = new ObjectStore({ objectStore: settings.JsonStore });
var ComboBox = new ComboBox({
id: settings.id,
name: settings.id,
value: settings.value,
style: {
width: settings.width.value + 'px',
display: (settings.visible) ? 'visible' : 'none'
},
maxHeight: settings.dropHeight.value,
store: settings.ObjectStore,
searchAttr: settings.comboValue,
labelType: "html",
labelFunc: function (item, store) {
var labelText = '....';
return labelText;
},
onChange: function (evt) {
}
}
When I try to query the combobox, the following http request are made:
http://<settings.dataUrl>/?<settings.comboValue>?A*
http://<settings.dataUrl>/?<settings.comboValue>?AB*
I would like to know if I can add a filter on the combobox based on the value of another control. Like for example:
http://<settings.dataUrl>/?CustomerNo=0001&<settings.comboValue>?AB*
I already tried the following, I tried to change the store of the combobox when the filter is changed by changing the url. But it does not work. I tried to reset the store by setting the store value again, and it causes error.
I am finally able to get the answer thru another question here.
Combobox.set( 'query', { 'CustomerNo' : dijit.byId('<Customer control ID>').getValue() } );
The query becomes:
http://<settings.dataUrl>/?CustomerNo=0001&<settings.comboValue>?AB*

How do I set a Ext Grid Filter Default?

I have a working sort-able grid using the ext 3.4 grid filter plugin. I would like to default the active column to filter true values. User who needs the inactive records could remove the filter. How do I specify a default filter column and value?
Thanks in advance!
colModel: new Ext.grid.ColumnModel({
defaults: {
sortable: true
// How do I specify a default filter value
//
// Only show active records unless the user changes the filter...
},
columns: [{
dataIndex:'f_uid',
id:'f_uid',
header:'ID',
hidden:true
}, {
dataIndex:'f_name',
id:'f_name',
header:'Name',
}, {
xtype:'booleancolumn',
dataIndex:'f_active',
id:'f_active',
header:'Active',
filterable:true,
trueText:'Active',
falseText:'Inactive'
}]
I realise this is an old question but it took me a while to find a solution, therefore I thought I would share.
1) The filter can be set using the value property in the filter.
filter: {
type: 'LIST',
value: ['VALUE TO FILTER']
}
2) In order to initially filter the data use the filterBy() method in the store. This could be defined in the onRender event handler.
this.getStore().load({
scope:this,
callback: function() {
// filter the store
this.getStore().filterBy(function(record, id) {
// true will display the record, false will not
return record.data.DATA_TO_FILTER == 'VALUE TO FILTER ';
});
}
});
The answer was in the Filter.js source code. The filter object within the column definition can be used to configure the default behavior.
}, {
xtype:'booleancolumn',
dataIndex:'f_active',
id:'f_active',
header:'Active',
trueText:'Active',
falseText:'Inactive',
filterable:true,
filter: {
value:1, // 0 is false, 1 is true
active:true // turn on the filter
}
}
I have encountered the same problem and I found that #John's answer is right, I can make it work with the sample http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0.0/examples/grid-filtering/grid-filter-local.html, for the grid-filter-local.js, just add the code like:
grid.getStore().load({
scope:this,
callback: function() {
// filter the store
grid.getStore().filterBy(function(record, id) {
// true will display the record, false will not
return record.data.size === 'small';
});
}
});
before the original code store.load(), and wipe off the store.load().
Then it will only show the record with size equals 'small' at the first load of the web page. Cheers!
I've made a universal helper class that allows you to set any default values in column definition.
https://gist.github.com/Eccenux/ea7332159d5c54823ad7
This should work with both remote and static stores. Note that this also works with filterbar plugin.
So your column item is something like:
{
header: 'Filename',
dataIndex: 'fileName',
filter: {
type: 'string',
// filename that starts with current year
value: Ext.Date.format(new Date(), 'Y'),
active:true
}
},
And then in your window component you just add something like:
initComponent: function() {
this.callParent();
// apply default filters from grid to store
var grid = this.down('grid');
var defaultFilters = Ext.create('Ext.ux.grid.DefaultFilters');
defaultFilters.apply(grid);
},
