I have the AngularJS 1.1.0 plugin installed. Now, I want to start using
AngularJS 2.0, so I need the plugin for Eclipse IDE. But, I didn't find it in Eclipse Market. Even for TypeScript, the maximum plugin version that I found for Eclipse was 1.0.0, however AngularJS 2.0 need at least TypeScript 1.5 .
So, does Eclipse support AngularJS 2.0 ?
Even for TypeScript, the maximum plugin version that I found for Eclipse was 1.0.0

Make sure you are using a version of Eclipse for Java developers. It seems the Java editor functionality isn't available in your copy of eclipse.
I recommend using a recent version of JDK 1.8 and a Eclipse Neon 2 or newer (e.g. Oxygen etc.).

Which development environments for TypeScript support the right version of the language for developing with AngularJS 2, and are likely to keep up with new releases? My preferred IDE is Eclipse.
I was originally trying to use the TypEcs plugin in Eclipse (http://typecsdev.com/) but the latest version runs TypeScript 1.5.3 and abstract classes used by Angular weren't introduced until TypeScript 1.6 (https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript/wiki/What%27s-new-in-TypeScript).
Disclaimer, I'm the author of Angular2 Eclipse
I suggest you try Angular2 Eclipse:
it is based on TypeScript IDE for TypeScript support.
it integrates angular-cli with Terminal, Wizards and Launches.
it extends WTP HTML Editor to support Angular2 syntax inside the HTML editor.
Angular2 Eclipse requires Eclipse JEE Neon installation.
