Any idea how toresolve it ? I can't start sql server instance ?

If you tell us if you did something before this error message appeared it will be easier to help.
If you did an update, you can try folloying this KB article.
If it's not, you could try, as specified in this article, to run the following command as an Administrator in the SQL Server Setup location:
Setup /QUIET /ACTION=REBUILDDATABASE /INSTANCENAME=InstanceName
/SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS=accounts [/SAPWD= StrongPassword][/SQLCOLLATION=CollationName]

Setting up a new Server fixed the issue for me. Im still working on a possible answer for this problem.

I am having OLA hallengren job for the DBCC checks
When the job runs as per the schedule iam getting below error
The transient database snapshot for database XXXXX (database ID 8) has been marked suspect due to an IO operation failure.
In the error log log i can see below errors

NOTE: But when i manually run the same job it is running fine
I have checked the DEFRAGMENTAION for both the drives but output is stating that "no need to do the defragmentation"

The server network address TCP://XXXX(Server Name):5023 can not be
reached or does not exist. Check the network address name and that the
ports for the local and remote endpoints are operational. (.Net
SqlClient Data Provider)
II am getting the above Error while doing mirror configuration.
Below are the steps I did for the Mirroring configuration.
Restored the fullback up to with no recovery option on secondary
server.
I tried restoring the Log backup (Error: RESTORE LOG is terminating
abnormally), hence I skipped the log restore.
I tired configuring the mirroring and got the success message for
mirroring configuration but when I start the mirroring my primary
database shows Primary/Synchronized where as my secondary server
shows in Recovery.
When I check the Sql ports in configuration manager it shows 1433 and
if I check tcp_endpoints it shows 5023.
Can you please help me to fix the Mirroring configuration.
I have tried Creating ENDPOINTS as-well and while creating PARTNER from Server A to B it is success but when i create partner from B to A it fails. I used below command:
ALTER DATABASE DBName
SET PARTNER ='TCP://XXX(Ip address):5023'

How can I solve it?
Thank you!
Sounds like your master mdf file (master database) is corrupted.
Options include:
1. Restoring from backup
2. Detach existing databases (if possible), remove, and reinstall.
You might want to look a little deeper to see why this happened. It might be a failing drive on that machine. In which case, your number one priority is going to be to fix the hardware.
Try DBCC with proper parameters (CHECKFILEGROUP). If that does not help.... try identifying whether the error is in an index (then you can recreate that).
Otherwise.... get the backups. You HAVE backups, or?? ;) (good test for those - could have been a real database, not just the mater)
As this is master...
...detach all databases, get a new master generated (if anything ails reinstall server), reattach databases.
I know this is an old question, this blog post helped me tremendously. Help this will benefit others who run into the same issue down the road.
You should read the article for detailed step-by-step process. But this is the key command.
DBCC CheckTable ('corrupted_table', REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS)

Sql server 2005 torn page,error 424

My Dell pc failed;it was blue screen.I fixed that problem by formatting and reinstalling OS and other software that i have been using. Then I recoved my db designed using sqlserver 2005 and other files using recovery tools ;Easy Recovery 6.0.
The problem is : When I try to attach the recovered file(lpdb.mdf),It can not attached. The operation fails with the following message :
TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Attach database failed for Server 'SAPC'. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)
SQL Server detected a logical consistency-based I/O error: torn page (expected signature: 0x55555555; actual signature: 0x4c093c91). Is there any who can help me?
I thank you!
Dejene.
Edit
By gbn from other closed question:
Hi mrdanny,
I tried the way you suggested me. The problem is unresolved.
Error is reported : Message One or more files do not match the primary file of the database. If you are attempting to attach a database, retry the operation with the correct files. If this is an existing database, the file may be corrupted and should be restored from a backup.
Is there an alternative solution that i should try? I am going to redesign the database. Please save my time!
Have you a good backup?
Given it says page (0:0), then I refer you to point 1
Use emergency mode and hope for the best. Paul Randall wrote DBCC CHECKDB...
The torn page is in the log file, so rename the log file and use the sp_attch_single_file_db procedure to attach the mdf and generate a new transaction log file.
