When I try to execute SALESFORCE QUERY ALL activity(in server), I get java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. From Google NoClassDefFoundError in Java comes when Java Virtual Machine is not able to find a particular class at runtime which was available during compile time.
But not sure about the exact resolution in Tibco. Is it an issue with the installation of salesforce plugin
I think this due to a missing JDBC driver for your database vendor.

I have a problem with an old TYPO3 installation (TYPO3 site 7 LTS [7.6.9]).
The site is using Apache Solr as the search engine, but it's not working. When a user tries to search, the system shows a message telling that the search engine is not available now.
In the administration panel, if I go to the Search option, I see this message:
Unable to contact your Apache Solr server.
Hosts missing:http://localhost:8080/solr/core_es/
http://localhost:8080/solr/core_eu/
http://localhost:8080/solr/core_en/
Of course, I have checked that Solr is running and listening on the port 8080. The Solr server is on the same machine than TYPO3.
I found this link about the Apache Solr configuration, but I cannot find these administration pages. I would like to test with the machine's public IP. In fact, I changed all the records regarding Solr in the cf_tx_solr_configuration table, and cleared all the cache tables manually, with no effect.
I have a couple of questions here:
Is it possible to change the configuration of the Solr server in TYPO3? If so, how can I do that?
Is TYPO3 shipped with an out-of-the-box search feature? If so, how can I disable Apache Solr and use the default search engine?
Thanks so much in advance!
please consume appropriate documentation Version of installed Extension.
So I assume(see Version Matix) you are using EXT:Solr version 6.5, therefore you must use the documentation for EXT:Solr v. 6.5.

Is it possible to change the configuration of the Solr server in TYPO3? If so, how can I do that?
Yes, it is. You can set it via TypoScript path "plugin.tx_solr.solr.scheme|host|port|..."
Is TYPO3 shipped with an out-of-the-box search feature? If so, how can I disable Apache Solr and use the default search engine?
Yes, TYPO3 has build in search feature. Its name is indexed_search.
PS: You know, there are much more modern versions of TYPO3 available? Please upgrade at least to the newer major release.
I am having problems with the Bluemix Monitoring and Analytics service.
I have 2 applications with bindings to a single Monitoring and Analytics service. Every ~1 minute I get the following log line in both apps:
ERR [Resource Monitoring][ERROR]: JsonSender request error: Error: unsupported certificate purpose
When I remove the bindings, the log message does not appear. I also greped my code for anything related to "JsonSender" or "Resource Monitoring" and did not find anything.
I am doing some major refactoring work on our server, which might have broken things. However, our code does not use the Monitoring service directly (we don't have a package that connects to the monitoring server or something like that) - so I will be very surprised if the problem is due to the refactoring changes. I did not check the logs before doing the changes.
Any ideas will help.
Bluemix have 3 production environments: ng, eu-gb, au-syd, and I tested with ng, and eu-gb, both using 2 applications with same M&A service, and tested with multiple instances. They are all work fine.
Meanwhile, I received a similar problem that claim they are using Node.js 4.2.6.
So there are some more information we need to know to identify the problem:
1. Which version of Node.js are you using (Bluemix Default or any other one)
2. Which production environment are you using? (ng, eu-gb, au-syd)
3. Is there any environment variables are you using in your application?
(either the creating in code one, or the one using USER-DEFINED Variables)
4. One more thing, could you please try to delete the M&A service, and create it again, in case we are trapped in a previous fault of M&A.
cf ds <your M&A service name>
cf cs MonitoringAndAnalytics <plan> <your M&A service name>
NodeJS versions 4.4.* all appear to work
NodeJS uses openssl and apparently did/does not like how one of the M&A server certificates were constructed.
Unfortunately NodeJS does not expose the openssl verify purpose API.
Please consider upgrading to 4.4 while we consider how to change the server's certificates in the least disruptive manner as there are other application types that do not have an issue with them (e.g. Liberty and Ruby)
setting node js version 4.2.4 in package.json worked for me, however this is an alternative by-passing solution. Actual fix is being handled by core team. Thanks.
I am planning to add a full-text search engine for searching a MySQL database to a website. Most recommendations on a nice, user-friendly implementation I found, mentioned the use of Apache Solr.
Keeping this in mind I started searching for the requirements for a hoster to use Solr but I didn't find any useful information expect for "it should support java". So I picked a random host that states it has Java JRE installed (http://wiki.dreamhost.com/What_We_Support) and asked if they supported Solr. Unfortunately, the answer was "no".
So, what would I need to be looking for? Do I need a dedicated server, a VPN, or are there shared hosting solutions where it is possible to run Solr?
What are the system requirements?
I hope there is someone out there, who knows a bit about this. Thanks!
The Solr requirements can be found here: https://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrInstall
So an installed JRE is needed, but also an servlet container, which also needs an JRE.
If I would be in your situation, I would rent an virtual server.
An other option is an hosting service, specialized for solr hosting: search the web for "apache solr hosting". There are offers for free or payed offers also.
I've been running two drupal websites + apache solr on an ssd vps from rosehosting utilizing 2 cpu cores and 1gb ram. I wasn't able to setup apache solr and java myself so that's why I rented a managed vps service.
If you're not that technical I suggest you add managed to the keywords mentioned by #The Bndr and make sure you check with your host that they will support apache solr and java on your vps
Currently, I have developed a web application. In my web application, I used embedded solr server to make indexing. After that I deployed onto the Tomcat 6 on window xp. Everything is ok. Next, I have tried my web application to deploy on Amazon AWS. My platform is linux + mysql. When I deployed, I got the exception related with embedded solr.
[ WARN] 19:50:55 SolrCore - [] Solr index directory 'solrhome/./data/index' doesn't exist. Creating new index...
[ERROR] 19:50:55 CoreContainer - java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Cannot create directory: /usr/share/tomcat6/solrhome/./data/index
at org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore.initIndex(SolrCore.java:403)
at org.apache.solr.core.SolrCore.<init>(SolrCore.java:552)
at org.apache.solr.core.CoreContainer.create(CoreContainer.java:480)
So how to fix my problem. I am novie to linux.
My guess is that the user you are running Solr under does not have permission to access that directory.
Also, which version of Solr are you using? Looks like 3+. The latest version is 4, so it may make sense to try using that from the start. Probably a bit more troubleshooting to start, but a much better pay off that starting with legacy configuration.
I got solution. That is because of permission affair on Amazon Linux with ec2-user. So , I changed permission by following.
sudo chmod -R ugo+rw /usr/share/tomcat6
http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SolrOnAmazonEC2strong text
t should allow access to ports 22 and 8983 for the IP you're working from, with routing prefix /32 (e.g., 4.2.2.1/32). This will limit access to your current machine. If you want wider access to the instance available to collaborate with others, you can specify that, but make sure you only allow as much access as needed. A Solr instance should not be exposed to general Internet traffic. If you need help figuring out what your IP is, you can always use whatismyip.com. Please note that production security on AWS is a wide ranging topic and is beyond the scope of this tutorial.
I need to write code that communicates to Oracle Content Server 11g in Java. My understanding is that it's done using RIDC (Remote Intradoc Client).
The best I can find on getting started is this:
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23943_01/doc.1111/e10807/c23_ridc.htm
However, it doesn't cover the development environment setup. Where do I get the pieces to get started? I'm assuming I need JDeveloper R1, is that correct? Where do I download the SDK? Thanks.
TD
You need to install WebCenter Support API in JDeveloper. Search for the updates shown in the following image in Help->Check for Updates.
I am in PS6.
You do not need the Oracle WebCenter Portal extensions nor JDeveloper.
You can develop code using the RIDC library with any IDE, all you need is to make sure you have the correct version of the RIDC jar file on your classpath. You can obtain it from your Oracle_ECM1 installation home, in the /ucm/Distribution/RIDC folder.
