Why is Umbraco Load Package button always disabled for Install local package? - package

I am trying to install a package in Umbraco 7.1.8 using the Install local package page. I click the checkmark that I understand the security risks, browse to the zip file and then try to click the Load Package button. The button just shows a red circle with a line through it and isn't clickable. I've tried changed the order of clicking the checkbox and browsing but no luck. I've attached a screenshot of the page although the cursor isn't captured in the screenshot.
This happens locally and on my Azure server. Inspecting the button shows it is disabled.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,
Jason

Use sign-in option on excel Ribbon by Manifest.xml file

How can I use sign-in features on excel ribbon. So that after successfully sign-in all buttons on ribbon will change according to our requirements.
Is it possible with Manifest.xml file or do I need to use some another mechanism?
I am using React.js for creating taskpane on right-side of excel. This taskpane is opened after clicked on ribbon button and this ribbon button is coming after addin the manifest file to insert addin option.
Attaching this Pic for step by step process, Which I need in Excel Ribbon
What you want to do in your screenshot cannot be done at this time with Office Web Add-ins. The enabled/disabled status of buttons cannot be changed at run time and the names of buttons cannot be changed at runtime. Microsoft is working on adding that feature.

How to read source code of a dialog box in Internet Explorer 9

I am automating a web application using ruby and selenium-webdriver which contains multiple fields in dialog boxes. And these dialog boxes contains lot of nested iframes. I am unable to get the element properties using the Developer Tool as everything is disabled for a dialog box. For the time being i am using page_source function of selenium webdriver to read the source but it is of little use in case of nested frames.
Please tell me a good way to identify elements in a dialog box in Internet Explorer
Follow below steps to fix this issue
Open Internet Explorer
Click the "Tools" gear (Alt+X)
Select "Internet options"
Select the "Security" tab
Click the "Custom level..." button
6 .Disable the "Allow websites to open windows without address or status bars" option
Hit OK
Hit OK
Now find a modal window and press F12

How to add additional portals to my DNN community edition site?

I know this is a very basic question - I have googled and every where it says - click the "Add New Portal" button/link on the Portals page.
However, I have a DNN community edition version 06.00.00 that is live and I do not see any option to add a new portal. Could this be a configuration issue? Do I have to change some settings to be able to get the option to add a new portal?
See the image of the Host menu and Portals page. I am unable to get the Add New Portal link:
In the menu shown in your first screenshot, you need to go to "Portals"
Then you will see a small semi-transparent button that says "Manage"(if not, make sure your view mode is set to "Edit" in the top right of the control bar
hover over it and a menu will drop-down and there will be your "add new site" or "add new portal" link
you need to make sure your page is in the EDIT view mode (selected in the top right of the page), then you will see a manage button appear when you hover over the sites on the portal page. Click the manage button and choose new site.
