This is my first question in SO. I read this page and now I want to use MimeTeX.dll in my commercial, closed source project. Regarding to licence of MimeTeX project, can I legally do this?
MimeTeX is GPL licensed so you are not allowed to use it in a closed-source product unless you get specific permission to do so by the copyright-holder.

Is it compatible with Apache License Version 2.0?
Though it have samples used Apache license, couldn't find any documentation of sdk which officially mentioned about the license.
Thanks.
The Java SDK code is hosted at http://code.google.com/p/google-api-java-client/
It is stated there as Apache 2.0
I think it is "Apache License, Version 2.0" only.
Read the terms for the same : https://developers.google.com/terms/

I planned to write a small neo4j wrapper in my own framework, which is OS under the Apache 2 license. Is it a problem to publish my code for neo4j under the Apache2 license since neo4j uses the GPL/AGPL license?
Thanks a lot!
you can publish the code under Apache License, however the runtime would be under GPL. Got any details?

Is JRE (standard edition) freely redistributable with our commercial application?
Is yes, what license text / note should I look into. Any pointers will greatly appreciated.
If you download the JRE from Oracle, you should receive a license, where this all is explained in great detail.

is it "legal" to use GNU-Code in a software project developed from a company for internal use only.
So here is no distribution out of the company.
nobody can force the company to publish their code?
Yes. The licenses don't require you to publish your software at all.
