Use JavaFX without Java7u9 On OSX - Snow Leopard - osx-snow-leopard

I would like to use JavaFX in one of my project. I know it comes with Java7-Update9, but the machine that I'm using only supports up to Java7-Update2. (This is an OSX-Snow Leopard)
Does any one have a suggestion on how to do this?
THanks

JavaFX is part of Oracle Java for Java 7 update 6 and later for Windows, OS X and Linux.
JavaFX 2.2 is currently available as a separate download for Windows for some versions of Java not including JavaFX (Java 6 and Java 7 versions before update 6).
JavaFX is not available for OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
JavaFX is not available for Java versions prior to Java 7 update 6 for OS X or Linux.
(This answer refers to the current JavaFX 2+ version, not the obsolete JavaFX 1.x version - use of the obsolete version is not recommended).

While I cannot verify this (I don't know how to use JavaFX), I do know that it is possible to force install the latest Java 7 (update 14) on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard):

How to migrate my "Codenameone" Project from (java 5) to (Java 8)

I read that CodenNameOne plugin will work only with Java 8 on 3.5 version.
My project is a big project with code writen in Java 5 with several components customized by myself. It is a mix of Native-App with Web-App
(WebComponet + JavaScript Bridge + AngularJS, and so on).
Is there risk of breaking my code?
What I need to do to make a smooth transition to Java 8.
With the last version of plugin (3.4) can I write my code in Java8 at this moment?
When we say it will only work with Java 8 we mean as the underlying VM of the IDE and SDK. You don't need to activate the Java 8 functionality for your application if you don't want to.
You can use 3.4 and 3.3 targets with Java 8 support enabled.
If you do want to make use of Java 8 features do the steps outlined here:
Add the java.version=8 build hint
Make sure the IDE and the project use Java 8
In the build.xml replace usage of 1.5 with 1.8

If I create iOS application in XCode 7.2 with SDK 9.2 using swift will that work in iPhone 4 with iOS 6?

If I create iOS application in XCode 7.2 with SDK 9.2 using swift and set application compatibility to SDK 6, will that application work in iPhone 4s with iOS 6?
OR is there any compatibility cheat sheet?
Swift will only work on iOS 7 and higher, it will usually crash at launch on older OS versions.
Here is apples short blurb on compatibility https://developer.apple.com/swift/blog/?id=2
App Compatibility
Simply put, if you write a Swift app today and submit it to the App Store this Fall when iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite are released, you can trust that your app will work well into the future. In fact, you can target back to OS X Mavericks or iOS 7 with that same app. This is possible because Xcode embeds a small Swift runtime library within your app’s bundle. Because the library is embedded, your app uses a consistent version of Swift that runs on past, present, and future OS releases.

Where can I find the "Silverlight Developer Runtime" for Silverlight 5?

I need to remote debug a Silverlight application that's running on a Mac. According to Microsoft's walkthrough I need to install the developer runtime on the Mac.
I've been Googling for a while now but I can't find an up to date version. This question has links to version 4 and a beta for version 5, but nothing for the current version.
Try this:

Silverlight WebApp on Non-Windows platforms,

I have decided to use a silverlight player on my ASP.NET WebApp ,I haven't used silverlight before ,let me know would the player be able to run on Non-Windows platforms (such as Mac or Ubuntu) inside the browser ?
Silverlight is a browser-plugin. There are versions available for both Windows and Mac OS (see teh system requirements listed here). Your end-user will be directed to download the plugin for their specific OS if they do not have it installed. Once installed your application will run in exactly the same way on Mac and Windows.
For Linux there is Moonlight, which gives Silverlight plugin support, but I don't know how mature this is yet.

Will Silverlight 5 still support OSX

Will Silverlight 5 still support OSX?
I noticed they have a Silverlight 5 beta developer runtime for Mac listed on the Silverlight download page, so I would say, yes its still supported.
