How can we add another row when we click the Add new RFQ details button?

You invoke the createInsert operation of the VO into which you want to add a row.

I am trying to implement row editing with Antd where when I click on the Edit link the row expands and has a textarea inside the user can type into. I haven't been able to figure out how to trigger row expansion (didn't see any onclick event handlers on the + sign) nor how to get access to the expanded row element to slide a form field in there in a non hacky way.
This is the current code - https://gist.github.com/llevar/8f9a68bcc15ab0e37defb14a5126c5ad. The goal is to have the column "Configuration" with JSON in it end up in a text area upon clicking Edit.

Did you try
onExpandedRowsChange props and onExpand they give you access to the expanded row callback and expanded row change.

I haven't try this, but I think you should be able to programatically expand rows with expandedRowKeys and state. and use the expandedRowRender to conditionally render "view mode" and "edit mode(text area)", also you can add a save button to save the textarea values and turn it back to "view mode"
onExpand is trigger when you press the + icon (or expand the row via rowClick)
I use AgGrid Enterprise, and allow users to edit an entire row so all cells switch to edit mode.
I also have an event listener to save the row in database when the user put the focus on a new line or outside the grid.
In the first column of my grid, i have a custom cell displaying a combo.
When the user select a value, it should update the cell AND 3 other cells in the row.
So i use the API to refresh the 3 cells.
Doing so put the cell in view mode, i loose the edit mode and the save event is triggered.
Is there a way in edit mode, to update cell content without loosing the edit mode ??

but ag-grid does not work any popup editor with full row edit.
You have to remove ag-grid property editType: 'fullRow' and it will work.

I've built a simple master - detail form consisting of a form for the master element and table for the details.
In the toolbar of panel collection around the table I placed a CreateInsert button which ads a row to the table. My problem is that I this row is invisible until after I move my cursor over to the table and scroll down. Then it appears.
Before that a small scrollbar appear after pressing the button which can't be pressed.
Related to this is the problem when I press the delete button in the details, the table gets cut in half. I suspect these two problems are related.

This is after I press CreateInsert. The table should add another row below this one, and it does, but it is not visible until after I scroll. This happens only for the first row.
I am using JDeveloper 12c with Oracle ADF Fusion Web Applications.
This is a late answer I know , but try to programmatically refresh the PanelCollection and its container.

I tried this myself and it solved the problem after trying many other solutions.
Did u check with the Size.?
Try giving Styles for Table and Panel Collection "StyleClass=AFStretchWidth"
Add Execute in binding side of the jspx page for the particular table
Add invoke action for the execute in executables
Change the properties to render model in refresh condition of the invoke action
It will automatically make the master table to trigger the new values

I am designing an extjs application where I have couple of panels. and one of them of has a grid. I know I can either do selectionChange on the grid listener or itemClick.
Which one should I use? Or moreover which one is better. I obviously load data on the right panel once the grid item is clicked
The first one get fired only when the selection changes (as you might has guessed) and give you a array of selected record (which might be just one) while the second one get called for each click and give you only the one record you clicked on.
For your case I would tend to use the second event and save the last last clicked record internally. I would then only load the second grid if it was not already loaded for this record.
your grid is displayed as table on page at runtime so you can add onClick() event on grid or table cell during onrowdatabount event of grid.
