Can anyone recommend a site or application that demonstrates various animations for popup windows? I've seen so many smart apps over the years but now can't locate ones with animated popups. Given my zero artistic skills, I'd be happy to borrow other people's ideas.
Thanks

I came across this today,

I'm trying to find a CSS framework that is fully responsive and I believe Foundation is, but I'm not sure
Foundation will work perfect as a CSS framework, I would definitely go with that.

With windows 8 demonstrating 'native HTML 5 apps'.
The first thing that I think of is whether WPF has a place in this HTML 5 world. It kind of seems like Silverlight will stick around but I must ask : Where does WPF fit into the bigger picture microsoft is painting ?
All that's been said is that this (and where Silverlight , XNA, and C++ fit in) will be announced at the BUILD conference in September. Lots of rumors and speculation, but no announcements.
It's too early to tell. Just because Microsoft demoed a particular feature doesn't mean it's dropping everything else.

It seems to be that Silverlight is rarely mentioned or seen anywhere on the net these days. Even DotNetRocks rarely give any serious time to discussing this technology other than saying they "love" it.
Silverlight seems to be shifting to a development platform for Microsoft's other products. It currently is a major part of Windows Phone 7, and is rumored to be coming to the XBox360.

I'm working on some charting, and am currently using the Silverlight Toolkit. At the moment the line series links all the datapoints with straight lines, making for a fairly jagged display.
Is there a way for the chart to apply smoothing to the line series?
If not, does anyone have any other suggestions? Are there other charting packages which you can suggest which would offer better functionality?
Thanks.
I've found these charts from Visifire that fit splines through the data points. Though they are paid for unless you go with the "Community" license, but you might not agree to it's terms

I am supposed to be making a jeopardy game for my class. I was wondering it there is a template for it already out? Or do I have to make one myself, in which case, what would be the best approach to making this game in Silverlight? (My last resort is to make it in PowerPoint)
No, there is no template such as this today.
You would need to do a great amount of research into game development in Silverlight to be successful, and that information is too involved to fit into a single question like this.
