Can I link a MOSS calendar web part to a shared Outlook/Exchange Calendar so that changes are reflected in both?
You can link the calendar itself, are you trying to link just the view being displayed in the webpart?

How can I create a full calendar that works the same like the standard calendar?
I used this link for that:

but this doesn't showing me events on vf page.
Have you looked a the free AnyCalendar Lightning Component on the AppExchange. It uses the Full Calendar js library. You could just embed that in a Visualforce page. That would allow you to easily upgrade when you eventually migrate to lightning.
Hello I want to know if I can use the Google Calendar or any code of a calendar for my page. I create a simple page with login and register box, but now I want at the 3rd page to have a calendar.
For example:
1.The user John can have his calendar and he can create events and other..
2.The Emily is another user and she have another calendar with another events that she want to add..
I know I need to do this using database, but I don't find something useful..:(
You can find this project useful. If you are not comfortable using MVC framework, you can get an idea from project and build in pure javascript.
You can use a google calendar on your page.
How to embedd and customize:

I am creating reservations application in CakePHP and I have action called Calendar, which Uses jQuery datepicker to display calendar. When I click on a date, I get jQuery accordion to display information about reservations on that day.
I want to know if it's possible to use my reservations data and convert it to calendar format used by Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar and sync this data with them.
For Google calendar you can take a look at the API v3 https://developers.google.com/google-apps/calendar/ or CalDAV api https://developers.google.com/google-apps/calendar/caldav/v2/guide
I have a calendar app for which I provide subscriptions by linking client using the "webcal://" protocol. It's working quite nicely. What I'd like to know is if there is a way title it in the receiving calendar application, such as Outlook, iPhone, Google, etc?
Currently, when loaded into Outlook it is displayed as the name of the web script from which it came. For instance if the script is (using ColdFusion) Create_ICS_File.cfm then Outlook shows it as "Create_ICS_File in Internet Calendars".
On the iPhone it shows up in Calendar as the full web address including URL variables. For example: mywebsite.com/Create_ICS_File.cfm?calid=4329-32
Is the a way, in the ICS file or otherwise, to set a title on these subscriptions?
Using the X-WR-CALNAME - The display name of the calendar
should do the trick
See

Your calendar link seems to have disappeared. In any case here are some links that may help:
