Permission denied error from loader on Windows - c

I have been getting this error for the past few weeks while programming in C. I'm confused on how to fix this since the error doesn't tell me where the error is coming from. Why can the compiler not open the output file?

Your bonus.exe file is busy due to some reason. Create a new project and try. Seems like you are working on Visual Studio. Close the application and reload also can fix your issue. This is not compilation issue rather build and link issue while it try to create bonux.exe second time it failed because your previous bonus.exe file is still busy. Also go to task manager and try to kill bonus.exe. That will also fix your issue.

F0520005:Could not open source file "r_bsp_config.h"

i'm working with renesas MCU RX65N, i want to make a serial connection with other board and also display an HMI i designed on Appwizard, i followed the steps they offer on their manuals but won't work either. Then found more information about how to solve it, and the code works by itself, but when i try to merge both programs just keeps giving me errors (problems that doesn't appear on individual projects), this is the error i got now, and don't know what to do because apparently it is included for my project but won't open no matter what i try, anyone knows how to solve it or what to do?
It sounds like when you include the file in one project, it works, but when you include it in another project, it doesn't? It sounds like there is a configuration difference between your projects. Try creating a new file in a project, then just put #include "r_bsp_config.h" in it, or however you wrote it (it may need to be #include <r_bsp_config.h>). See if you get the same error (you will probably get an error, something about missing main(), but the question is whether you get the same error). If you don't, cut and paste the code from the problematic project in, and also make sure the project configuration is adjusted to match, and see if it works now. If you do get the same error, then see if you can copy the project configuration from the working project to the new project, and see if you get the error this time.

MS Access97 Run Time Error 2447

Someone left a system using MS Access97 and I dont have any idea on how to use access97 since it is my first time using it.
I installed a Microsoft Access97 to a new computer then try to open the system but it displays an error "Run Time Error 2447 There is an invalid use of the .(dot) or ! operator or invalid parenthesis". However the old computer can open the database without any error. I am really confused about this scenario. Can anyone help me?
Open the code editor. Go to menu Tools, References and check that no reference is prefixed MISSING. If so, resolve it.
In any case, go to the menu and select Compile and save all modules.
If some ocx or third-party control is installed and used on the old computer, you must install these on the new computer as well.

Xcode close the project when i tried to compile it

I have this problems with Xcode
when i try to compile a program the Xcode just close (randomly) the project where i'am working, this happen with any type of code, like "printf("%d",1+1) or any other more complex code. And don't happen every time, just some times.
And that it's, i don't know why this start to happen. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
I'm working with Command Line Tool, and the language is C.
Did you recently upgrade to Yosemite? One of the reasons might be the upgrade.
Un-install and re-install Xcode and try.
For other internal problems you will need to send the code or a log of the error report.

Best practice to resolve the URI error

I have a main project (ProjectA) that contain a base class (xaml + code-behind).
Also, I have another project (ProjectB) in reference with ProjectA. In that last
project I have inherits some user-control created in ProjectA.
When launching the main application, I receive the follow error:
The component 'XXX' does not have a resource identified by the URI
'/My.Assembly;component/.../simplegridview.xaml'
Is there a best way to resolve that problem?
I know it is not really a solution to the problem. But I have found that Clean and Build makes the error go away...
I encounter the same problem with VS 2013 sometimes, without any immediate cause e.g. after a reboot and rebuild from scratch. In such cases the solution build succeeds, it also runs but still the error list displays e.g. 5 URI errors. While sometimes clean and build suffies, other times you have to close VS, delete bin/obj folders of the project with the errors, reopen VS and then the errors have gone.

An Error Occurred While Downloading A Required File

I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, since I have no idea what's causing this problem. I have a WPF application that was compiled into a setup project. After building the setup project, there are two files: setup.exe and [Program Name].msi. I put both files in the same directory in an ASP.NET website, served via IIS 7.5. Everything was working fine for about a week, until I started getting the error:
"An error occured while downloading a
required file. You may retry
downloading the file or cancel setup."
This happens when I click on a link on my website for the setup.exe file. After seeing this error, there's a tab labeled "Details" which I can click to display the message:
"An error occurred trying to download
'[website url for the .msi file]'. See
the setup log file located at
'C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Temp[some
alphanumeric
sequence].tmp\install.log' for more
information."
I looked at this file, but it just restates that there was a problem downloading the .msi file. Can anyone offer me some suggestions? I'm really stumped on this, and have no idea where to go...
Many thanks for the help!
Andrew
EDIT: This appears to be a problem with the computer that I'm downloading the program to. I tried downloading and installing the program on a different computer, and everything worked fine. Apparently, I must have changed some setting on my computer to cause this, although I'm not sure what that is...
So you're trying to download these files directly? Could the server be preventing the download of the .msi file type? How is the download taking place? Is it user initiated?
I was experiencing the same issue this morning and I finally figured out that it caused by either one (or both) of the following settings in IIS:
Compression: I had compression enabled for both static and dynamic files
Output Caching: I had bit Enable cache and Enable Kernel Cache enabled
I cleared all of the above check boxes and after that the setup.exe downloaded the MSI without a problem!
You connection was interrupted just try the preview command you type and also check your connection
