I have store with model and pie chart, this data also are shown in some grid. My chart show graph for one column, I want to show in chart just data, which more some value. Put minimum in axes didn't help.
To only display data greater than some value, you will need to filter the store that the chart is displaying. Check out the docs for stores, scroll down to the "Filtering and Sorting" section.

We use the anychart GanttResource chart to show Technicians with their tasks on a daily base. To do this we use a DateFilter outside the component to load our data. Then when the data is retrieved from the API we set this data to the chart. As long there is data retrieved there is no problem, the chart fluently goes to the chosen day and only shows this data. However when the API returns no data or a 400, we add an empty list to the chart data. This looks ok at first, but when looking better to it I noticed the chart defaults back to today as date to show in the header. How can I manipulate this so the selected filter date could be shown there?
Anyone any suggestions about how to get this result? I can't seem to find a functionality or such to set the timeline date to use.
If my explanation is unclear then please let me know so I can elaborate any further or provide any screenshots to make it more clear.
It's not possible to zoom to some period of time when you don't have any data. But you can add an auxiliary element (e.g. a marker) to the data, and you'll be able to set the timeline zoom to a specific range. After you get the real data, the element can be deleted. I am creating a SSRS Report (PPT export) with multiple charts and fixed number of pages. Each page contains multiple charts. I want to display different charts in the same page location based on a condition.
Now I know that ,we can Hide/Show a chart by specifying an expression for visibility attribute, but this will only Hide/Show the single type of chart in a preassigned location.
Just to reiterate
If Condition1=True
Display Chart1 at location (0,0)
Else
Display Chart2 at location (0,0)
Note: Chart1 and Chart2 are generated from different datasets
Thanks in Advance!
This is very simple to accomplish.
Create both charts and place them on top of each other in the report designer. Set up your visibility settings to only show one based on your criteria and as only one gets rendered, they will not interfere with each other or the rest of the report layout.
I Think position property for Chart is not available, so we can not manage chart position directly with any position parameter. but there is work around. create your all charts (multiple charts) in your report design, position them as you want and change their visible property as per your conditions.
e.g. if Chart1 to be displayed at position1 and position 2 based on condition, there will be 2 charts in your report RDL one at position1 and another at position2. manage each charts visible property as per condition, you should achieve what you need.
this is tried by me earlier.
Currently, I'm able to filter the grid using the code
new Ext.ux.grid.GridFilters({local: true, filters:[columns]}) as plugin. But this filters the store. And as the grid contains combo cells it maintains the stored value in store and displays it via the combo renderer.
I just want to know how can this be achieved so that the filter happens on the display values of the combo and not from the store Or can it be modified to filter from grid view?
Thanks in advance
I have charts on a tab, that should only show if 1 value from a column filter is selected.
For example if a field named: BUSINESS_UNIT has values of "HR","FIN","IT" The charts should only show data if 1 value is filtered on. Such as "HR."
These charts do not contain the BUSINESS_UNIT field itself.
I tried using the Limit Data Using expression, but for some reason the limit expression UniqueCount(BUSINESS_UNIT)=1 doesn't work.
How would I hide the data in the charts, unless 1 BUSINESS_UNIT is selected?
What you could do is hide the filters panel and create radio buttons on a new text area for each property to mark data. If you need help setting this up let me know. Then in your visualisations limit data using markings and show an empty visualisation if no items are marked.
One downside to this is maintenance, if the values change you will have to update the UI.
Another possible solution (untested) is to change the filter panel properties from checkboxes to radio buttons.

You want it to look something like this:

I am trying to find if ExtJs has waterfall chart. I didn't find this chart anywhere in ExtJs.
Now, I am thinking if we can create waterfall chart using column chart, we just need to change the base starting point for each column of column chart. Please let me know if we have some attribute or property in column chart that we can change base starting point of each column so that it looks like waterfall chart.
Please share the links.
Thanks in advance!!
I use highchart to do it. I think it's OK.
