Javascript library to create calendar uri/links to Google, Yahoo, Outlook , iCal? - calendar

I have seen a very specific and professional web page widget (e.g. http://whatsnextlectures-work.eventbrite.com/ and meetup.com). Please help me find the library that creates the links.
I have looked at Need a service that build calendar (iCal, outlook) links, but that answer seems to address the need for an on-screen calendar, not just the links.
thanks

Alternatively you can create below registry entry and anchor link/button to open the outlook calendar
below is the markup
<button id="outlookCalendarBtn" onclick="window.open('outlookwebcal:')">
Open Outlook Calendar
</button>
Create below registry entry
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\outlookwebcal]
#="URL:Outlook Add Internet Calendar"
"URL Protocol"=""
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\outlookwebcal\shell]
#="open"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\outlookwebcal\shell\open]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\outlookwebcal\shell\open\command]
#="\"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Office\\root\\office16\\Outlook.exe\" /select outlook:calendar"

Even I was looking for the same library Mr.Richard but after reaching for 3 days I finally found this. http://tardate.blogspot.com/2010/10/add-to-calendar-with-jquery-widget.html
But iCal is not included in this library you need to add it explicitly.

DotNetNuke (DNN) and Hyperlink Manager "Track the number of times this link is clicked"

I have clients using the DNN CMS (Evoq Content 7.3.2) system and are questioning a specific area in the "Hyperlink Manager". There are two checkboxes (View image):
Track the number of times this link is clicked
Log the user, date and time for each click
If checked, where do we go to view these analytics?
I found resources online that mention we have to create an API for it, but are there any out-of-the-box solutions for this?
After some more researching, I solved my own problem and I wanted to share this with anyone who was looking for an answer to this.
For versions DNN 7.3.2 and lower, the Telerik RadTextEditor includes the feature as mentioned above. To view the analytics with an out-of-the-box method, simply return back to the link and open the "Hyperlink Manager" then navigate to the new tab called "Tracking".
Alternatively, I found developers can implement a control in a custom module called UrlControl. Refer to this link for more information: Link tracking information in html editor (DNN 7.1.2)
In DNN 8+, this feature no longer exists on the front-end UI. I'm not 100% sure if it's still usable or if this information gets migrated when upgrading from 7 to 8, though.

published date in newsflash module

I'm using newsflash module on my Joomla site and would like to have a published date shown at every article but there is no possibility to activate this in module settings. Any suggestions?
If I click read more, there I can activate date under article settings.
Thanks
UPDATE: There is also no module folder "mod_articles_newsflash" which should be there according to Joomlas help https://docs.joomla.org/Help33:Extensions_Module_Manager_Articles_Newsflash

ATK Upload Addon

I am attempting to add an uploading interface to my site that supports multiple-file selection and drag-and-drop uploading. The Filestore add-on has worked very well for me in the past, but I need more features than it supports.
I found an upload add-on developed by Romans here: https://github.com/romaninsh/upload
The README states that the add-on uses the BlueImp Upload jQuery widget and it lists several features such as a FileList view and a DropZone controller. However, when I looked in the source code for the add-on, I didn't find classes for most of the views described in the README or for the controller. I tried following the instructions under "Stand-alone use" by adding a View_Uploader element to a page, but this only added an empty div to the page.
Is the add-on incomplete? Or is it meant to be extended before it can be functional? If this add-on isn't the best tool for the job, is there a better way to implement the kind of enhanced uploader that I need on my site?
I am the author of that new upload add-on. It is in fact incomplete, I've planned it out and drafted features / readme but haven't had time to finish it.
The goal here is to create a View which would interact with Filestore / importFile, but uses more modern way to upload the file.
If you think you would want to take over that add-on and build it, i'll offer you some help.

How to Set a Title/Description for a Subscription Calendar (webcal:// ICS file)

I have a calendar app for which I provide subscriptions by linking client using the "webcal://" protocol. It's working quite nicely. What I'd like to know is if there is a way title it in the receiving calendar application, such as Outlook, iPhone, Google, etc?
Currently, when loaded into Outlook it is displayed as the name of the web script from which it came. For instance if the script is (using ColdFusion) Create_ICS_File.cfm then Outlook shows it as "Create_ICS_File in Internet Calendars".
On the iPhone it shows up in Calendar as the full web address including URL variables. For example: mywebsite.com/Create_ICS_File.cfm?calid=4329-32
Is the a way, in the ICS file or otherwise, to set a title on these subscriptions?
Using the X-WR-CALNAME - The display name of the calendar
should do the trick

Create link that adds vCard direct to Address book

I'm in the process of building a mobile site (for Iphones and Androids... I think Blackberry is out of it)
Here the problem I'm with. We want to have a link that, when clicked, automatically adds the contact in the .vcf file to the address book of the mobile device (with some confirmation of some sort that the iPhone/Android must already be handling by itself)
The solution I've tried would be to create a link, directly pointing to the .vcf file. It didn't work. My iTouch was even asking what to open that file with... and the Contact app was not even in the list.
I've heard that a Card of that sort would do exactly what we want if it would come from an email... thing is, we are building up a webpage here.
We use HTML5, no PhP (not yet, could be added later for this problem) and there is no CMS involved.
[UPDATED - Sep 2013 - iOS7 now supports direct download of VCARDs from we page and import into native contact application]
Complete solution using VCALENDAR file with emebedded VCARD file is published here
iPhone: how to get safari to recognize a vcard?
which includes link to my blog with full source code on the subject at
http://mobicontact.info/iphone/download-contact-from-web-page/
I hope this is of some help...
Firstly, iPhone doesn't support vCard. There is no way to download a contact file from the web. What you could do is create a simple page which contains links to the phone number, like this:
Call Dave
Secondly, to get an Android (or other device) to recognise the vCard, you need to set the header to the correct MIME type
Content-Type: text/vcard
You should be able to configure your server to send all files of .vcf as text/vcard.
